Sheriff Christianson’s intimidation techniques just may be his undoing for the upcoming election. Apparently the law does not leave much room for abuse of a public position.

Below are the actual documents that were served by an attorney to Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson demanding that he cease and desist soliciting political endorsements from deputy sheriffs, and in some of these cases, possibly while he was in uniform.
